the day manager susan had many forms of cancer and no grandchildren im not really sure which pained her worse.
she boasted about how "ill kick cancer right on its ass!" the other women in the store held her hands tightly some passing hope some respect some appreciation im not sure which she needed more b
tigreseagulls.she liked the idea of seagulls. she said it was the scavenging. i knew it was the desperation the cavalier attitude they scavenged with.seagulls.
she said
"this fondness sprouts from respect." i knew it was more of a wish to be recognized as a fellow bird.
she said she read poetry
"for pleasure" i knew she was taking instruction direction from the drunks the desperate and directionless.
she said she came for me. i knew she came for the drugs my starving cats the seagulls that seem to flock here.
